General Terms of Service Conditions

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you read and agree to my terms and conditions.

Terms of Service and prices are subject to change. You are only subject to the agreed terms of service and price agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

Full character design must be provided.

Providing a moodboard or similar references count as a character design and will be charged as such.

The client cannot ask me to heavily reference other artists' styles and work, but can provide it as a reference.

No reselling, trading, tracing or altering my work in any way except for adding to thumbnails and cropping for a post.

Process

After discussing details of commission, a price will be quoted.

If pose, clothing, etc. isn’t specified, the client agrees to give me artistic freedom to interpret their request to the best of my ability.

 All fundamental changes must be requested at the sketch stage and a 20% deposit (that will go toward the final price) will be requested after approval.

After line art, only 3 minor adjustments and color changes may be requested. Additional changes may incur a $5 adjustment fee for each change.

Clients are entitled to free changes if there are anatomy mistakes or mistakes on character design at the time of the commission. Anatomy mistakes must be objective.

A final check in and call for change will be provided once lineart and flat colors are finished.

When finals are sent, approval is assumed unless stated otherwise.

Clients will be subject to a $20 adjustment fee for each request for changes after final files are sent and approved within reason.

The final will be in .png format - one with a background and one with character(s) isolated against a transparent background.

Watermarks may not be removed from final images.

Payment

Payment is via PayPal invoice or through commission platform payment portals.

Remaining 80% of payment must be sent within 48 hours of flat colors.

No refunds.

Payment is in USD.

Usage

Client is entitled to using commission materials for PERSONAL USE unless commercial use fee is bought for an additional $25.

All used art must be credited to my username: @dreamvials


PERSONAL USE

  • profile picture or banner on any social media platform

  • Background on PC or phone

  • Displaying it in their TH/OC folder, etc.


COMMERCIAL USE

  • Thumbnails for video streaming services

  • Promotional material

  • Branding material

COMMERCIAL USE FEE is purchased once and can be used indefinitely, as long as usage conditions are followed.

Turn around time is about 7-14 days after the 20% deposit is made.

Clients are encouraged to reach out and maintain communication outside of the guaranteed process communication outlined in the Process section.

Art may be posted on my social media platforms with proper credit where possible unless requested otherwise.

This may include using your commission to provide examples for my commission work.

Art will be sent via E-Mail in a .zip file unless specified otherwise.
